FAQ

1. What is Teen Wave Night Club? Teen Wave Night Club is a night dance club ONLY for high school teenagers from grades 9-12th. MUST HAVE HIGH SCHOOL ID'S AND MEMBERSHIP CARDS TO ENTER 

2. What is the Teen Wave Membership Card used for? The teen wave night club membership card is used to get into the club and to also earn points and rewards on HALF OFF, FREE entry and discounts on food and drinks. Apparels discounts when it is launched

3. Can you still party if you do not own a membership card? NO!!! You will need a membership card  to get into the building. So get 1 right away. 

4. Will there be any Alcoholic drinks served in the club? NO! NO! NO! This is a place for teens to feel safe and free. All drinks that are served is water, soda and non-alcoholic bottled and mixed drinks that are made with fresh, frozen, canned fruits, fruit syrups and store bought drinks. some products are shipped and made by www.arkaybeverages.com , www.sutterhome.com  ("FRE" NON-ALCHOLIC COLLECTIONS) and non-alcoholic fruit syrups www.monin.com 

5. Are there any smoking, fighting and/or bringing weapons in the club? NO! IF ANYONE is caught fighting and smoking of any kind you all be escorted out immediately and your membership cards will be deactivated and you have to wait 2 months before you can get it back reactivated. Any weapons in the club 911 will be called and you WILL BE ARRESTED AND CHARGES WILL BE PRESSED AGAINST YOU OR GROUPS

7. How long does it takes to get the membership cards? Depending on where you live please allow 3-7 business days for delivery on our end. If any dates falls on a Holiday it may take longer depending on the post office

8. How will any product/products be shipped? We only use United States Postal Service (USPS)

9. What is the address to the club? As of this moment we do not have a physical address. We are working on it now! please look on our instagram (teenwavenights) and/ or check your emails for updates 

10. Will there be security? YES! Your safety is important to us that's our main objective is to make sure each person is comfortable and safe at all times in our establishment 

11. Are parents allowed? Yes, they can come to look around to see where their children will be working and hanging out for a short time

12. Will there be food served? Yes! Once we are officially open you can add food to your VIP AREA , at the bar and/ or 1 of the mini tables and/or when you place your VIP seats

13. What is The Difference between Themed Parties and Private Parties? Theme Parties is what the club is hosting such as Christmas, New Years Eve, Valentines Day parties, etc. and Private Parties is where the customers have a private party in the club for themselves such as birthday, etc. 

14. Membership, Membership points, Guest appearance events and Theme Parties? IF your membership points for a half off or free entry falls on the day of any of our guest appearance events and/or  themed parties you will NOT BE able to use your points for that party at all. NONE OF OUR THEMED PARTIES AND GUEST APPEARANCE EVENTS ARE DISCOUNTED FOR ANY REASON 

15. How many people are allowed in the VIP AREA? Each VIP area has a limit of 5 people 2 are allowed but you have to add the other 3 people for an additional $3.00 each. you can add your food and drink/bottle service in your order or wait until you get to the club. if you have more than 5 people in your VIP party you must buy additional VIP area for you and all your guest. The limit is 2 VIP seatings for the same person who's buying the VIP area 

16. What are the prices for everything in the club? Nothing will be over $20.00 in the club except for the VIP area which is $25.00 and added on VIP services and special guess performers price will be $25 NO exceptions and depending on the guess performer and or host (Ticket prices will vary). Prices in a whole ranges from $4- and UP 

17. Is the Membership Cards replaceable? Yes! All membership cards that are lost/stolen are replaceable. All replaceable membership cards is $5.00 each time you need a replacement card and it will have the same exact numbers as the 1st card. We will not be able to look up your membership card names and numbers. Minimum replacement cards is 3 for the same person
